The story behind the decaf

Our Decaf starts with high-quality green beans selected for their natural sweetness and body — the same care we put into our best-selling blends. We use the Swiss Water Process, a 100% chemical-free method that removes 99.9% of caffeine while preserving the origin flavours that make specialty coffee worth drinking. Brew recommendations

French press: Use 60 g per litre, steep for 4 minutes, press slowly. The full-bodied profile shines in immersion brewing — expect a rich, chocolatey cup with a velvety mouthfeel.

Cold brew: Use 80 g per litre of cold filtered water, steep in the fridge for 14–18 hours, then strain. Produces a smooth, naturally sweet concentrate — perfect over ice in the evening.
